It’s tucked away on El Gouna 1 Road in this perfectly quiet spot where you can actually hear the water lapping against the shore – something that’s honestly rare in most Red Sea resorts these days. I mean, El Gouna gets busy, especially during peak season, but this little corner feels like someone’s well-kept secret. The apartment itself is nothing fancy – it’s a solid 3-star setup – but that lagoon view from the living room window? That’s worth way more than what you’re paying.

The shared pool situation works better than I expected, actually. I was a bit skeptical at first (you know how shared facilities can go), but the other guests were pretty respectful, and there’s enough space that it never felt crowded when I was there in March. The pool deck gets morning sun, which is perfect if you’re not into the brutal afternoon heat that hits Hurghada. What really sells this place though is how it sits right on the lagoon – you can literally walk out and be on the water in about thirty seconds. The lagoon side is way calmer than the main Red Sea beaches, so if you’re traveling with kids or just want to float around without fighting waves, it’s ideal. Plus, honestly, the sunsets from that little stretch of water are something else – all those pinks and oranges reflecting off the lagoon while the resort lights start twinkling on the other side.

The apartment itself is pretty straightforward – one bedroom that’s actually spacious enough for a couple, decent AC (crucial in summer, trust me), and a kitchen that’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Spineys down the road instead of eating out every meal. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting lagoon access, pool privileges, and that view for the price of a standard hotel room elsewhere in El Gouna. Sure, it’s not the Four Seasons – the furniture’s a bit dated and you might hear your neighbors occasionally – but the location more than makes up for it. What I really appreciated was how easy everything was; parking right outside, simple check-in, and the BFG folks were actually helpful when I needed restaurant recommendations. If you’re the type who wants to experience El Gouna without the massive resort crowds but still have access to the water activities and that Red Sea magic, this spot hits the sweet spot perfectly.

  Great stay! The apartment was well-equipped and in a perfect location/quiet yet close to everything. The balcony view of the pool and lagoon was beautiful. The kitchen had everything I needed though there was no hot water for washing greasy dishes but it wasn’t a big issue. Towels were clean but a bit worn still everything felt hygienic. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and the host was flexible. Highly recommended specially if you’re looking for a relaxing/convenient/pleasant stay in Gouna
