Look, I’ll be straight with you about this place – Sea & Golf Views 2BR Villa isn’t trying to be some fancy resort, and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it work. When you’re driving down Wadi Jebal (and yes, your GPS will probably get confused at least once), you’ll spot this cluster of villas that look… well, they look like what they are: comfortable holiday homes where people actually live for a week or two, not some Instagram backdrop.

The whole setup is pretty clever, actually. You get your own two-bedroom villa – and I mean properly separate bedrooms, not some studio situation with a curtain – plus you can wander over to use the main resort’s beach and pool whenever you want. The beach access thing is key here because, you know what, finding decent Red Sea coastline that isn’t packed with day-trippers can be tricky around Soma Bay. The snorkeling’s solid too, though you’ll want to bring your own gear or buy it in Hurghada rather than renting on-site (trust me on this one).

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings. Sure, you’re not in the middle of nowhere – there’s enough going on that you won’t feel isolated – but once the sun sets, it’s just the sound of waves and maybe some distant conversation from other villas. The golf course views are nice enough, though let’s be honest, you’re probably not here for the landscaping. The kitchen setup is actually functional, which sounds boring but matters when you want to grab breakfast without getting dressed and walking somewhere. There’s a decent-sized fridge, proper cooking facilities, and enough counter space that you won’t feel like you’re playing Tetris with your groceries.

The 7.8 rating makes sense to me – it’s not perfect, but it delivers on what it promises. Check-in was straightforward, the villa was clean (though the furniture’s seen better days), and the staff knew their stuff about local restaurants and diving spots. The pool area gets busy around mid-morning when families show up, but early evening is lovely for a swim. One thing worth noting: the WiFi works fine for checking emails and posting photos, but if you’re planning to stream movies or work remotely, you might want to manage expectations. Also, while the location feels secluded, you’re actually only about fifteen minutes from Hurghada’s main drag if you need to stock up on supplies or want a change of scenery for dinner. The taxi drivers all know the area, and honestly, most of them are happy to chat about the best local spots if you’re interested.

  Amazing location, amazing view, very nice welcome.I would definitely go back. Car park available just behind the house.
  
  What could be improved: The house could have been maintained a little bit better. Tends in the living room are quite old and with some holes, sofa is not very new. Nothing major, just little things that could be improved in an amazing house like that one.

  What could be improved: Master room bathroom door handle was broken and really made annoing sounds every time we used the bathroom , Although I had an issue with the heated water but the team fixed it immediately and offered me extra night stay which were very generous offer from their side.
