Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to the Sea View Beach Access Princess Resort, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place in El Nasr. But you know what? This hotel punches way above its weight class, and that 8.7 rating actually makes sense once you spend a few days here.

The location is what really got me. Sure, Hurghada’s got beaches everywhere, but having direct beach access without dealing with the chaos of the main tourist strips? That’s gold. You can literally roll out of bed, grab your snorkel gear, and be in the Red Sea in about three minutes – I timed it because, well, I’m weird like that. The coral right off their beach isn’t the best you’ll find in the area (honestly, you’ll want to take a boat trip for the really spectacular stuff), but it’s decent enough for a morning swim before the day-trippers show up. Speaking of which, mornings are magical here – the water’s calm, there’s hardly anyone around, and you can actually hear the waves instead of jet skis revving up.

What surprised me most was how the staff genuinely seemed to care about making things work. I mean, it’s not the Four Seasons or anything, but when my AC started making weird noises at 2 AM, someone actually showed up within 20 minutes to fix it. The front desk guy – Ahmed, I think? – knew exactly which local dive shops were worth your time and which ones were tourist traps. That kind of insider knowledge is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to make the most of your Red Sea diving. The rooms themselves are… well, they’re fine. Clean, functional, decent shower pressure (crucial after a day of salt water and sun). Don’t expect luxury finishes, but everything works and the beds are actually comfortable. The balcony views vary wildly depending on which room you get – some face the sea, others look out at the service road where the delivery trucks rumble by around 6 AM. Pro tip: it’s worth asking for a sea view when you book, even if it costs a bit extra.

Here’s the thing about this place – it’s not trying to be something it’s not. It’s a solid, no-nonsense beach hotel that happens to sit in a really sweet spot. You’re far enough from the mayhem of the main hotel zone that you can actually relax, but close enough that a quick taxi ride gets you to the restaurants and shops in central Hurghada when you want some variety. The hotel restaurant is perfectly adequate (though honestly, you’ll want to venture out for dinner at least a few nights), and they do a decent job with the breakfast spread. I actually found myself looking forward to their fresh fruit selection each morning – probably the best mangoes I had during my entire Egypt trip. If you’re looking for a place where you can dive, swim, and unwind without breaking the bank or dealing with crowds, this little spot delivers exactly what it promises.

  The location and the beach is perfect for not only for sole travelers but also for the families. There is a private beach and a restaurant in there. Carrefour market is next to the resort so you can buy everything you need with an affordable price. The resort is secure and silent. It’s close to airport (just 7 mins). The owner of the property is polite and tired to be sure about comfort and happiness about accommodation. The staff inside the resort and beach is also polite and helpful.

  Spacious apartment, nice sea view from the balcony, large pool at the resort, close to the beach. Early check-in at no extra charge.
  
  What could be improved: I really don't like to criticize, but here I really have to. Upon arrival at the apartment, the toilet seat and the pelmet were torn off. All the doors were extremely squeaky. After three days of our stay, the electricity went out in the whole apartment, even though we did not waste electricity!! (we then had to make very difficult arrangements to get an electricity card at our own expense). The apartment has unfashionable furniture, the pillows and mattresses in the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, slow internet that you can't even load the page. We also had to buy toilet paper, soap and tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. There is no water filter in the kitchen. It's a shame that the owner saves so much. We will definitely choose another apartment next time.

  Bu evde Hurghada'da yapacağımız turlar esnasında kaldık. 4 kişilik bir aile için yeterince genişti. Evde akıllı tv, bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi, saç kurutma, ütü, mikrodalga fırın, ocak ve kettle gibi ihtiyaç duyulacak şeylerin hepsi vardı. Salonda, çocuk odasında ve yatak odasında ayrı ayrı klimaların olması çok iyiydi. Temizlik ve düzen olarak tam puan verdim. Yanında Carrefour olması su ve içecek temini açısından güzeldi.
  
  What could be improved: Tek sorun gitmeden önce anahtarın bulunduğu kilit kutusu için bildirdikleri şifre yanlıştı ya da değiştirilmişti bu yüzden 1 saate yakın yeni şifreye ulaşmaya çalışmamız dışında, kapıdaki güvenlikler yardımcı oldu, hiç bir sorun yaşamadığımız güzel bir 3 gündü. Havuza girmenizi tavsiye etmem çünkü pek temiz değildi, sahili de akşam 6ya kadar açıktı.

  What could be improved: C'est dommage que le check in soit si tard. Surtout quand on vient de loin et qu'on a juste envie de poser ses affaires et de prendre une douche. Possibilité d'attendre à la piscine.

  Appartement spacieux et très confortable. Une magnifique vue sur la piscine depuis le balcon. L’hôte était très gentil, intéressé et intéressant en plus d’être très attentionné ! Je reviendrai sans doute et je recommande sans hésiter ce logement
