  What could be improved: المالك انسان محترم واكيد مش هيرضيه اني الشركه تاخد مني أكثر من 6000 جنيه زيادة عن السعر وكمان يطالبني بدفع الماء والكهرباء
  المكان يوجد به سريران ولا توجد ملايات اضافيه
  الماء لونه بني وغير صالح حتي للغسيل
  يومين كاملين مكانش في ماء في الوحده وعند الاتصال بالحالك قالي حط كرت الماء علي العداد وهتشتغل وفعلا اشتغلت
  لا توجد شماعات في الدواليب
  السقف يوجد به ابراص كثيره
  ريموت التكيف والتلفزيون عاوزين حجاره
  عندما حجزت قال بوكينج انني لن اضطر لدفع أية مبالغ اضافية أثناء الاقامه ولكن المالك طالبني بدقع قيمة الماء والكهرباء ولكنني لم أدفع
  اثناء الحجز تبين ان سعر ال 6 ليالي هو 12880 حنيه ولكن عند إتمام الحجز تم خصم مبلغ 18468 جنيه من حسابي البنكي يعني ثمن الليله الواحده اكثر من 3000 جنيه وخذه ايست مشكلة المالك ولكن بوكينج هي من فعلت ذلك
  ولكن سأضطر اسفا مقاضاة الشركة ومطالبتها بتعوض عن تحصيل مبالغ بدون وجه حق

  What could be improved: تم دفع كامل المستحقات عن طريق بوكينج ولكن تم احتساب استهلاك الكهرباء والماء والنت من قبل المالك وهذا من غير المعقول والمنطق !
  هل يتم تأجير وحدة إقامة بدون كهرباء وماء ونت

  Grand appartement en duplex très bien agencé
  Merci a Mina et son papa Joseph , qui se sont adaptés a nos changements de plans ( du a des vols retardés et une erreur de ma part sur les dates de réservation ) et pour l'empathie et l'aide apportés lorsque nous avons dû emmener une de nos filles a l'hopital ; Joseph est comme beaucoup d'autres égyptiens très gentil et très serviable . Nous avions emporte une bassine a l'hôpital, Encore merci a vous, vous êtes super

  مالك الوحدة م جوزيف انسان محترم و متعاون جدا, الفيلا لها إطلالة رائعة, و حديقة مشتركة, و موقعها على ربوة يوفر لها مناخ أستجمام خاص جدا, الوحدة بها كل ما يلزم الأقامة من أساس مريح و نظيف, و مطبخ مجهز بثلاجة و ميكرويف و غلاية و أدوات مطبخ, و غسالة و منشر …الخ
  يوجد بالكمبوند حمام سباحة لكن لم تتاح لي تجربتها بسبب أنشغالي
  
  What could be improved: الوحدة داخل كمبوند "The view Residents"
  , ولكن بما أننا لسنا نزلاء بالفندق فلا يمكن التمتع بخدمات المنتجع مثل المواصلات الداخلية او الأمانات.
  لم يكن متوفر بالوحدة نت رغم وجود الروتر( كان معي النت الخاص بي فلم أسأل عن إمكانية توفيره)

  The view compound at all is clean, the villa was a good place for relaxing and we enjoyed our accommodation.
  
  What could be improved: Not close to the pool, need a car to go to pool or sea.
  We paid extra for water and electricity but it’s small value.
