You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places along the Red Sea coast, but Selena Beach Resort actually surprised me in the best way. When you first pull up to the Premium Suites section – which honestly feels like a completely different hotel from the main resort area – there’s this immediate sense that you’re somewhere a bit more refined. The lobby has that marble-and-glass thing going on without being too flashy, and the check-in was refreshingly quick (I mean, we’ve all been there with those endless resort check-ins, right?).

The suites themselves are genuinely spacious, not just “hotel spacious” where they call a corner with a chair a sitting area. I’m talking actual separate living rooms with proper couches you’d want to nap on. The balconies overlook either the Red Sea or the resort’s gardens – and honestly, both views have their perks. Sea-facing rooms get incredible sunrises, but they can be a bit noisier with the beach activities starting early. Garden view is surprisingly peaceful, especially if you’re someone who needs proper sleep on vacation. The air conditioning actually works well too, which… well, in Hurghada’s summer heat, that’s not always a given even at nice places.

What really sets this place apart is how they’ve managed the resort feel without the chaos. The beach area never felt overcrowded, even during peak season – I think they limit access to suite guests during certain hours, though they don’t advertise that. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing; our room service came hot and on time, the housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and the concierge actually gave useful local recommendations instead of just pushing expensive tours. Speaking of location, you’re about fifteen minutes from Hurghada’s marina area if you want to venture out, but honestly, the resort’s restaurants are solid enough that you might not need to. The seafood restaurant right on the beach does this grilled hammour that’s probably the best I’ve had in Egypt – and I say that as someone who’s eaten their way through Alexandria and Sharm.

The spa is worth mentioning too, though it books up fast so reserve early. The pools are well-maintained and the infinity pool area has this perfect late-afternoon vibe when the heat starts to break. Only minor complaint? The WiFi in the rooms can be spotty, though it works fine in the common areas. But let’s be real – if you’re checking emails constantly from your Red Sea balcony, you’re probably doing vacation wrong anyway. For a 4-star place, it honestly punches above its weight, and that 8.8 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there.

  Beautiful resort. Nice atmosphere. They have a really nice buffet that is different every day. The on-site staff always make sure you get everything you want with a smile and friendliness., was friendly and helpful always with a good mood and a smile…I give 10 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  Amazing value for money for an All Inclusive hotel. A lovely boutique style hotel with friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure comfort. Allowed early check in. Room was very clean and smart. Private beautiful beach, lovely large pools with lots of sun loungers. Breakfast buffet was excellent with range of options with Perfect short break was sad to leave!

  The property met my expectations in terms of the cleanliness and ficilities. There were several amazing swimming pools in the territory and a small grocery, where you can purchase the most necessary staff.
  Arena beach club borders with the property, which is good if you want to visit a pool party and drink some coctails.
  
  The only disadvantage was the sea, since it was impossible to swim there because it was not deep and the sea bottom was covered with stones and rests of the corals. To drop yourself to the water you need to wear special coral shoes and go far away from the shore.
  Overall, the stay was good and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The sea was not deep and the sea bottom was covered with stones and rests of the corals. It would be great if they could install at least a plastic panton to make it easier to access the sea.

  What could be improved: The stuff was very rude and we had a a very big problem at everydays dinner there wasnt a system for dinner they bought us very small menu of 6 varities of food which was pasta and pizza and burger and nothing else and you have to choose between them and there isnt any other option and we complained 2 times to the resort from the menu and the varuties of dinner and the problem was all solved at the third day by increasing the options of dinner which provide a bottle of water and a soft drink and main dish only for everyone

  We have been grantee early check in without asking this which was appreciated.

  I recently stayed at Selena Bay Beach Resort and really enjoyed my time there. The beach is clean and well-kept, with a nice beach club that adds to the experience. My room was also very clean and comfortable.
  
  The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They offered me a free late check-out and kept my luggage safe until my flight, which I really appreciated.
  
  The resort is quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Public areas are clean, air-conditioned, and the lobby feels modern and welcoming, with newspapers available daily.
  
  Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would come back in the future.

  Franchement tout c’était magnifique , l’équipes de la réception sont géniales surtout Ahmed un amour j’ai vraiment aimé discuter avec lui et Mahmoud de la cafétéria un petit jeune très gentil et serviable tout était parfait merci pour tout l’accueil était très chaleureux

  Три больших бассейна, собственная пляжная зона, на территории есть винд-серф школа. В номере собственная кухня, микроволновка, и тд. Сами номера довольно просторные.
  
  What could be improved: 1. Вай фая в номере нет! Вообще нет! Если надо- идите на ресепшн, 21 век ! На ресепшене вайфай так себе, ловит хреново
  2. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Нам дали номер с волосами в постели и сан узле. Ждали 30 мин пока сделают повторную уборку и поменяют постельное белье.
  Пыль на лестнице лежит толстым слоем) не убираются вообще
  3. Пляж неудобный – дно с камнями кораллами и ракушками, и нужно пройти метров 50 что бы стало глубже чем по колено
  4. Вода в душе не уходит! Просили прийти почистить слив, любезно сказали хорошо, но на этом всё))
