You know what struck me first about Sindbad Club? It’s tucked right on Village Road in a way that feels both accessible and tucked away from the main tourist chaos of Hurghada – which, honestly, is exactly what you want after a long day exploring the Red Sea coast. The moment you walk through the entrance, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about how a hotel should feel, not just look in photos.

The thing about this place is it gets the balance right between being polished enough for a proper vacation (we’re talking solid 4-star territory here) without feeling sterile or overly formal. I mean, the 8.8 rating makes sense when you’re actually staying there – it’s one of those scores that reflects real guest satisfaction rather than just nice marketing. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing, and check-in was refreshingly smooth without that awkward hovering you get at some places. What really won me over was how they handle the little details… like actually having enough pool towels and not making you feel guilty about using them, or the way the housekeeping team manages to tidy up without rearranging all your stuff in confusing ways.

The location on Village Road is honestly pretty smart – you’re close enough to walk to local spots that aren’t just tourist traps, but far enough from the main strip that you can actually sleep at night without street noise. During the day, there’s this nice rhythm to the place where you can find quiet corners when you need them, but it doesn’t feel empty or boring either. The pool area gets good sun most of the day (important if you’re there in the slightly cooler months), and I noticed they keep the water temperature just right – not too cold for an early morning swim, not too warm that it feels like a bath by afternoon. The food situation is better than I expected too, with enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying for a week, and they actually understand that not everyone wants the same level of spice in everything. One small thing that impressed me – the WiFi actually works consistently, even by the pool, which you’d think would be standard everywhere by now but somehow isn’t.

  The hotel was large and spacious with multiple restaurants and bars. Nice selection of food and drinks.
  The staff were really friendly and helpful.
  Nice location close to the beach and 10 mins to the airport or marina.
  Felt safe at all times.
  The housekeeping staff (Mohamed and Mahmoud on floor 5) delivered an all round customer service experience and should be celebrated for their efforts, well above and beyond expectations. They introduced themselves and made sure I had everything I needed and were so patient, friendly and welcoming and the rooms and linen were sparkling clean. Sindbad Club should be proud of them!
  
  What could be improved: I booked a room with a balcony, on arrival I was given a room without. It was nearly 4 in the morning and there had already been a mixup with the room so I was too tired to challenge it.

  Very nice hotell. Good food, the staff is very polite and wanted us to have a perfect time. Much to do for children and teenagers.

  We’ve had a great time at Sindbad Club! Lovely facilities and even greater staff. Special thanks to Mahmud from housekeeping, Ebram from the bars and Hatem from reservations! Also all of the other staff who we unfortunately didn’t get to know their names. From kitchenstaff to beach and front of house staff.
  Loved it that a late check-out is possible and the reception is available for questions through whatsapp.

  Excellent facilities, we had room on the ground floor for 2 adults and one child which was perfect access to the pool/facilities. Housekeeping were amazing and couldn't do enough. One day I thought I lost my wallet at the bar the night before. The management were amazing, they checked the security cameras etc. they took it very seriously.In the meantime housekeeping found it under our bed. So honest.
  I had a treatment in the door l spa and it was amazing and a very good price.
  The food was very good. Great options for all even my 9 year old who is very fussy. I will definitely return with my extended family.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the bar staff were a bit rude if I asked for a glass of wine from the bottle. Trying to give me in plastic glass from the tap.Telling me not possible even though I saw them giving it to somebody else. They want to be tipped first. Id rather tip after a good service. Not a big complaint but I like a nice glass of wine when I'm on holiday.
