You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name makes it sound like some fancy resort complex, but honestly, it’s more like a well-run apartment rental that happens to have a really nice pool situation going on. I mean, don’t get me wrong – that’s actually a good thing if you’re looking for something more authentic than the typical tourist traps along the main Hurghada strip.

The studio itself is pretty straightforward – nothing fancy, but it’s got that balcony overlooking the pool which is honestly where you’ll want to spend most of your time anyway. The whole setup feels more residential than hotel-like, which I actually preferred. You’re not dealing with crowded lobbies or tour groups shuffling around at 6 AM. The pool area gets this great morning light, and by afternoon it’s got enough shade that you’re not completely roasting. I noticed most people clear out around 4 PM, so if you’re into having the pool mostly to yourself, that’s your window.

Location-wise, you’re in the Felfela area – not exactly downtown Hurghada, but that’s kind of the point. It’s quiet enough that you can actually sleep without earplugs (something I definitely can’t say about places closer to Sheraton Road). There’s a decent little market maybe a 10-minute walk away where you can grab basics without paying hotel prices, and honestly, the local guys there are way more chill than the vendors in the main tourist areas. Getting to the marina or the bigger hotels isn’t a huge deal – taxi drivers know the area, though you might have to show them the Arabic address on your phone since “Florenza” doesn’t ring bells for everyone.

The 8.1 rating makes sense to me. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, and for a 3-star place, they’ve got the important stuff figured out. Water pressure’s decent, AC works when you need it (and trust me, you’ll need it), and the whole place feels clean without that over-sanitized hotel smell. I did notice the WiFi gets a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s online, but honestly, that forced me to actually relax by the pool instead of scrolling through emails, so maybe that’s a feature, not a bug.

What really sold me on the place was how the staff actually seemed to care about whether you were having a good time, rather than just going through the motions. The guy at reception – I think his name was Ahmed – gave me really solid recommendations for dive shops and restaurants that weren’t just the usual tourist spots. That kind of local insight is worth way more than fancy lobby marble, if you ask me.
