Terracotta studio with amazing beach and sea view

You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name says “studio” but honestly, it feels way more spacious than you’d expect – and that terracotta color scheme they’ve got going actually works really well with the Red Sea backdrop. I mean, I’ve stayed at plenty of places along the Hurghada coastline, but there’s something about how this spot sits right on Juliana beach that just hits different.

The thing about staying on the Ismailia Road stretch is you’re close enough to the action in Hurghada proper, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the chaos of the main resort strips. From your balcony here – and trust me, you’ll spend more time on it than you think – you get this unobstructed view that stretches all the way to the horizon. I actually found myself getting up earlier just to catch the sunrise over the water, which is so not like me. The beach access is pretty much immediate, and since Juliana beach isn’t as packed as some of the other spots, you can actually find a decent place to set up without having to stake your claim at dawn. The water’s that incredible turquoise you see in photos, except it’s real and you can walk right into it.

What really sold me on this place though – beyond the obvious view situation – is how they’ve managed to keep that authentic Egyptian coastal vibe without skimping on the stuff that actually matters. The AC works (crucial in Hurghada, obviously), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the kitchen setup is functional enough that you can make proper coffee in the morning while you’re watching the boats head out. The 4-star rating feels about right; it’s not trying to be some ultra-luxury resort, but everything feels well-maintained and thoughtful. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t a nightmare like it can be in some parts of town, and honestly, the 8.7 rating makes sense when you factor in that view-to-price ratio. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re planning to stay during peak season – winter months when all the Europeans descend on the Red Sea – you’ll want to book the terrace time strategically because everyone’s going to want to be outside soaking up that perfect weather and scenery.

  What could be improved: Il manquait beaucoup d'équipements dans le studio:
  Pas de petite table et chaises pour manger à l'intérieur. Même après avoir demandé au propriétaire (une pliante d'appoint aurait suffit pourtant). Il est contraignant d'entrer la table du balcon qui n'est pas adaptée pour l'intérieur.
  
  Il manquait de la vaisselle et des plats : le studio est équipé d'un four mais pas de plats allant au four, pas de dessous de plat pour poser les plats chauds. Manque de poêles, etc.
  
  Pas de produit pour le lave-vaisselle ni de lessive (dommage de devoir en acheter pour seulement quelques jours de vacances). Pas d'éponge pour nettoyer la salle de bain.
  
  Pas assez d'épingles à linge pour étendre le linge (c'est très venteux)
  
  La pomme de douche de la salle de bain est fixée vers l'extérieur de la douche et elle tient mal donc on se retrouve avec de l'eau partout
  
  Il y avait une sorte de fuite d'eau derrière les toilettes.
  
  Pas d'étagères de rangement pour les vêtements.
  
  Le studio pourrait être mieux aménagé en conséquence car il y a la place, et pourrait être plus soigné, c'est dommage.
  
  La climatisation était réglée sur une seule position. Pas de possibilité d'ajuster la température avec la télécommande.
