Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “The new one flat for rent” in the Sheraton Plaza compound, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone. But you know what? Sometimes the places with the awkward names end up surprising you, and this little gem absolutely did. It’s tucked right into the Sheraton compound on Sheraton Street, which actually means you’re getting that prime location feel without the five-star price tag.

The thing about staying in Hurghada is that location really makes or breaks your trip, and this flat nails it. You’re literally steps away from everything that matters – I mean, you can walk to the corniche in minutes, and there’s this great little coffee spot just around the corner that the hotel staff told me about (locals actually go there, not just tourists). The compound itself feels secure and well-maintained, which honestly was a relief after some of the sketchy places I’ve stayed in Egypt before. There’s decent parking if you’re renting a car, though you probably won’t need one much since taxis are everywhere and pretty cheap.

What really won me over was how the place actually feels lived-in rather than sterile – the flat has this comfortable, homey vibe that makes you want to kick back after a long day of diving or exploring the old town. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional (I made coffee every morning and even attempted some local bread I bought from the market), and honestly, having that option saves you a ton when you don’t want to eat out for every single meal. The air conditioning works well, which in Hurghada’s heat is basically non-negotiable, and the Wi-Fi was solid enough for video calls back home. I was a bit worried about noise since compounds can get echoey, but the evenings were actually pretty quiet – most families with kids seemed to wrap up pool time by sunset. The only minor thing is that check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the guy managing the property was genuinely helpful and gave me great recommendations for restaurants that weren’t tourist traps. With a 9.1 rating, I can see why people keep coming back here – it’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced without feeling like you’re roughing it.

  This is the place where you just want to spend your holiday. Everything works properly water electricity washing machine plus smart TV as a bonus. The place is superclean in a perfect location.

  I loved the flat Netflix TV rather noisy out side as above the supermarket but I loved it ohhh could do with extra bedding and pillow 😀

  What could be improved: – the isolation is really bad, we heard everything from outside (dogs and cats fighting, people shouting)
  – the shower could be better with a curtain and the water turned out yellow first
  – the front door is difficult to lock and the balcony door is broken so you can’t close it at all

  Nagyon fontos volt számomra a felszereltség ,tiszta ,és a klíma isteni az ágy is kényelmes ,mosógép,mikro ,vasaló ,hajszarító van ! Az épület háta mögött az élelmiszer bolt, gym … Joanna rendkívül kedves és minden esetleges dologban segít,nagyszerű szolgáltatás ,a férjemmel megbeszéltük hogy újra vissza térünk !😍

  Очень уютная чистая квартира с современным дизайном на 3 этаже (фактически на 4, если считать цокольный этаж) в центре Хургады, минута ходьбы до оживлённой улицы Шератон с большим количеством магазинов и кафе, 5 минут до набережной Марина. В том же здании с обратной стороны имеется большой супермаркет Gomla Market.
  Вид с балкона на соседний дом и улочку, довольно тихо, за исключением времени разгрузки товаров того самого супермаркета.
  В самих апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кухня полностью оборудована техникой и утварью, имеется холодильник, плита, духовка, чайник, тостер, посуда и приборы соответсвенно. Большое количество мест для хранения вещей (шкаф, комод). Были предоставлены большое и среднее полотенца, а так же маленькое кухонное. Есть кондиционер, скоростной wi-fi, smart TV. Стиральная машина так же имеется.
  Хозяйка квартиры всегда на связи и готова помочь, если возникнут какие-либо вопросы.
  Отличное расположение и соотношение цена-качество!

  Gefallen hat uns das sehr schön eingerichtete, große und saubere Zimmer mit Balkon sowie die Ausstattung. Auch die Lage war ganz gut, fast direkt am Hafen.
  
  What could be improved: Das Gebäude ist sehr heruntergekommen und das Personal war unfreundlich. Auch wurden die Mülleimer auf dem Gang viel zu selten geleert. Die Lage war zwar zentral, jedoch empfehlen wir kein Hotel oder Apartment, welches keinen eigenen Zugang zum Strand hat, da wir für jeden Strandbesuch Eintritt zahlen mussten.

  Das Apartment ist mit Selbstverpflegung anmietbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war zur An- und Abreise völlig komplikationslos., Übergabe an der Rezeption. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit kontaktierbar und hat umgehend reagiert. Der Standort ist optimal, direkt in der Stadt. Somit muss man natürlich auf eine Geräuschkulisse des Abend- und Nachtleben vorbereitet sein. Mit Ohrstöpsel o.ä. aber absolut tolerierbar. Ich war sehr zufrieden während meines Aufenthaltes und habe bereits weitere Urlaubszeiträume vor reserviert 😉
  
  – The apartment can be rented on a self-catering basis. The key handover was completely uncomplicated on arrival and departure, handover at the reception. The landlady could be contacted at any time and responded immediately. Very good support! The location is ideal, directly in the city. So of course you have to be prepared for the noise of the evening and nightlife. But absolutely tolerable with earplugs or similar. I was very satisfied during my stay and have already reserved further vacation periods 😉
  
  What could be improved: Es befindet sich kein Duschvorhang/ keine Duschkabine um die Duschwanne. Dadurch ist der Boden nach Benutzung nass. Abzieher ist vorhanden.
  – There is no shower curtain/shower screen around the shower tray. This means that the floor is wet after use. A wiper for water is available.
