I’ll be honest – the name’s a bit of a mouthful and doesn’t exactly scream luxury, but there’s something genuinely charming about this little spot in Dahar. When I first pulled up to El Corniche Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 3-star place, but the location actually turned out to be perfect. You’re literally steps away from all the local action in Palma De Mirette without being stuck in the middle of tourist chaos.

The apartment itself has this authentic Egyptian residential feel – I mean, you’re staying in an actual villa, not some cookie-cutter hotel room. The village view they mention? It’s legit. I spent way too much time on the balcony just watching daily life unfold below. Kids playing football in the street, vendors calling out their wares, the whole rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not pristine or Instagram-perfect, but it’s real Hurghada, which honestly was exactly what I was hoping for. The space is clean and functional – nothing fancy, but everything you need is there. Air conditioning works well (crucial in Egyptian heat), and the kitchen setup is decent if you want to grab some fresh produce from the local market and cook something up.

What really won me over though was the location’s practicality. You’re close enough to walk to the corniche for those sunset strolls, but far enough from the main hotel strip that you’re not dealing with constant tour bus noise. Parking was never an issue, which can’t be said for everywhere in Hurghada. The neighborhood has that lived-in authenticity – actual Egyptian families, local cafes where you can get proper tea for a few pounds, and small shops that stay open late. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with luxury amenities, but for the price point and that 7.8 rating, it delivers on what matters most: a genuine local experience in a comfortable, safe setting. If you’re the type who wants to experience real Egyptian hospitality rather than resort bubble life, this place hits the sweet spot.

  Best sea view in Hurghada. Convenient. All essentials and family needs are fulfilled. Need a bit of caring though.
  
  What could be improved: Old furniture. A bit dusty. Windows, doors and beds need renovating, part of the toilet as well.

  What could be improved: Die Fotos führen dezent in die Irre, wie auch der Name. Ein dunkles Loch mit sehr mäßigem ägyptischem Standard. Unmöglich sind die sanitären Anlagen. Die Dusche hatte keinen Schlauch und die Handbrause war so verkalkt, dass diese fast nicht genutzt werden konnte. Duschboden und Toilette sind eine Ebene, so dass nach dem duschen ist komplett unmöglich ist trockenen Fußes auf die Toilette noch zu gehen.
