Honestly, when I first pulled up to Villa 4 Bed Rooms on North Golf Road, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place – but man, was I wrong. This little gem sits right in the heart of El Gouna’s golf district, and you know what? That 9.3 rating isn’t just inflated reviews from people’s cousins. The villa actually delivers on space and comfort in a way that puts some fancier hotels to shame.

The thing about El Gouna is that location really matters here, and this place gets it right. You’re close enough to the marina that you can walk there for dinner (maybe 15 minutes if you’re not rushing), but far enough from the main strip that you won’t hear party boats at 2 AM. The North Golf area is sort of the sweet spot – it’s where a lot of expats actually live, so there’s this authentic neighborhood feel rather than that sterile resort bubble. I mean, you’ll still see plenty of tourists, but you’re also getting your morning coffee next to people who’ve been calling this place home for years. The villa itself is surprisingly spacious – four actual bedrooms, not those cramped hotel rooms they sometimes try to pass off as suites. The AC works well (crucial in Hurghada’s heat), and there’s enough common space that you won’t feel like you’re constantly bumping into each other if you’re traveling with a group or family.

What really sold me on this place was the practical stuff that nobody talks about in those glossy brochures. Parking is easy – no circling around looking for a spot or paying extra fees. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that “we need to hold your passport for three days” nonsense. And honestly, the wifi actually works, which is more than I can say for some places that cost twice as much. The kitchen setup means you can grab groceries from the local market (there’s a decent one about ten minutes away) and not blow your budget eating out every meal. During my stay in March, the area was busy but not overwhelming – apparently peak season hits harder in December and January. One small thing that impressed me was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think being near the golf course might mean early morning maintenance noise, but I never had issues with that. The whole North Golf section of El Gouna has this laid-back vibe that’s perfect if you want to experience the Red Sea without feeling like you’re trapped in a tourist machine. Sure, it’s not beachfront luxury, but for the price point and that location, you’re getting serious value.

  Incredible villa, absolutely stunning. From the second we arrived we were blown away, beautiful garden at the front, much nicer than the courtyards in neighbouring properties, villa was perfect for our needs and the view out the back was stunning. 3 days of absolute luxury, we loved it! Great value for money, I will be back for sure 💛 perfect location for exploring El Gouna.

  The house has an ideal location near downtown and taxi's.
  The garden with view on the lake is very nice. We enjoyed to seating outside, thera are enough places to sit.

  Excellent location…3 minutes walk from Gouna Downtown is a big plus … view is spectacular… vast garden and pool (not heated)
  
  What could be improved: Bathrooms are run down with plumbing issues … kitchen appliances are outdated ( the grading on the electric stove is wiped out so u have no idea of the heat level ) … to reach the 2 rooms in the upper floor, u have to exit the house and use a side stairway…

  Вилла большая, территория приятная, ухоженная, мебель аутентичная, видно, что дизайнер участвовал.
  
  What could be improved: Для 4-х дневного пребывания необходимо везти с собой стиральный порошок и таблетки для посудомойки по мнению хозяина. Также у нас вырубало интернет в начале пребывания, хозяин решил проблему к вечеру после оповещения. Пыльные шторы и полы, ну это нормально для Египта. Особо не обращали внимания.

  La maison est très confortable et spacieuse avec une belle piscine et une très belle vue, très apaisante. L'endroit est très calme en journée. On pouvait aller à pied dans le centre d'El Gouna où il y a de nombreux restaurants et de l'animation pour ceux qui le souhaitent.
  
  What could be improved: Il manquait un peu de vaisselle et le soir c'était parfois un peu bruyant à cause de l'animation du centre ville.
