So I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Vision Suites Arabia in Hurghada, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes these mid-range spots surprise you, and this one actually did. It’s tucked away in the El-Bahr area, which (if you know Hurghada at all) puts you in a pretty sweet spot where you’re not dealing with the chaos of Sekalla but you’re still close enough to everything that matters.

The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care – I mean, really care, not just going through the motions like at some of these cookie-cutter resort chains. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or surprises, and the guy at the front desk gave me the real scoop on where to grab decent Egyptian coffee nearby (there’s this little place about two blocks down that locals hit up in the mornings). The rooms themselves are honestly better than you’d expect for the price point. Nothing fancy, but everything works – the AC kicks in properly (crucial in Hurghada’s heat), the shower has decent pressure, and the beds are actually comfortable. I’ve stayed at 4-star places along the Red Sea where the mattress felt like sleeping on cardboard, so that was a pleasant surprise.

What really sold me on this place though is the location dynamics. You’re close enough to walk to the marina area when you want that touristy vibe, but far enough away that you’re not hearing party boats at 2 AM. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after sunset – well, Hurghada quiet, which means you’ll still hear the occasional call to prayer and some street activity, but it’s not overwhelming. Parking was never an issue (always a concern in Egyptian cities), and I noticed they had decent security without making it feel like you’re staying in a fortress. The 8.1 rating makes total sense to me because it’s one of those places that just does the basics really well without trying to be something it’s not. If you’re looking for a private beach or fancy spa treatments, this isn’t your spot. But if you want a clean, comfortable base for exploring Hurghada’s diving scene or just soaking up some Red Sea sun without breaking the bank, Vision Suites Arabia actually delivers on what it promises.

  The hotel has all the prerequisites for complete comfort, but the organizer, manager, and owner are amateurs who have done the wrong job.

  The sea view rooms are very beautiful.
  The view of the fish and coral reefs is amazing.

  The chef's approach to portion control is inappropriate.

  The sea is not suitable for those who cannot swim.
  There are many dogs on the beach.

  I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience generally satisfactory. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided reasonable service and were courteous throughout my stay. However, the quality of the food was below expectations and could benefit from significant improvement.   They are lucky to have Ahmed as their chef,the food was always fresh and very delicious.
  Each day was a different meal.
  There was also another Ahmed who served us during means,a very friendly person;one day I wasn’t well and he even made me hot water with lemon and I felt better,my husband got to get a friend in Egypt;a very lovely and friendly person.
  On Friday there was a planned party by the beach and was extremely amazing.
  We were to stay just 2 nights and move to the resort but my husband changed his mind and we extended with 3 more days.
  We were treated so well and we just loved everything about the place.
  Rooms extremely spacious and the caretaker for 4th floor was amazing ,rooms were always clean.
  Whenever I go back to Hurghada,this will be our home.

  Wonderful and warm check-in experience. Islam at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and hospitable, even with a late arrival time.
