  Neue, gute Möbel.
  
  What could be improved: Es handelt sich um eine KELLERWOHNUNG OHNE FENSTER! Das war aus der Beschreibung bei Booking nicht zu entnehmen. Den in der Beschreibung angepriesenen "Hot Tub" gab es nicht. Der Wasserrohrbruch in der 2. Nacht, der die komplette Kellerwohnung 2cm unter Wasser setzte, brachte mich dann zum Auszug. Booking hat auf meine REKLAMATION NICHT REAGIERT, ich versuche jetzt mein Geld durch PayPal zurück zu erhalten.

  El apartamento esta muy centrico, cerca de las playas,bares,restaurantes. El propietario muy disponible y responde siempre a los mensajes.

  the appartment is in the basement . the host upgraded me to Abeer 2 free of charge ,
  
  abeer 4 has new furniture ,the flat is few steps down and it has its own internet . the building is only 2 minutes away from talateen street where a lot of restaurants ,coffeshops and pharmacies exist . and the main street wher you can take a microbus to sakala square
  it is about 5 to7 minutes walk from the public beach [ there are many beaches on the left hand side , you can pay entrance fees and use anyone you like]
  the host is nice and responsive
  i will stay again at this building or in its surroundings
