  The owner of the appart make my trip so much easier, he was very helpful and Even offered to drive me early in the morning to the bus station for my last day without expecting anything in échange. The flat is very good for that Price

  Gewachsene Struktur. Alles was man braucht wie Shops, Restaurants, Bäcker in der Nähe. Ahmed sorgt dafür, dass nicht alles den Bach runter geht.
  
  What could be improved: Leider keine Ruhe. Es fehlt ein Zwischenwand. Ein Mieter hat nachts laufend Besuche gehabt. Auch Silvester stand wieder jemand um 5:30 Uhr vor der Tür und hat ständig geklopft. Um 6 Uhr bin ich aufgestanden und hab gesagt er soll nach Hause gehen ich will schlafen. Am 02. 01. ist dann wieder jemand im Zimmer rumspaziert. um 0:15 Uhr. Bei offener Tür. Bin dann wieder raus und habe gesagt ich will in Ruhe schlafen. Das war der 4. Mann in 3 Tagen in der gleichen Wohnung den ich um Ruhe gebeten habe. Es kam eine pampige Antwort zurück: ich bin der Eigentümer! Na und? Interessiert mich doch nicht. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Oder mal Tür zumachen. Keine Einsicht. Keine Gastfreundschaft. Deshalb habe ich vorzeitig abgebrochen. Welcher Eigentümer kommt um 0:15 Uhr zur Zimmerbesichtigung? Keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste.
  Abwaschlappen war dreckig und mit Löchern. Musste man neu kaufen. So wie Toilettenpapier. Abfall selber entsorgen. Wäscheständer war voll staub und musste ich abwaschen. In Waschbecken Zahnpasta vom Vorgänger. Spiegel schmutzig. Mickimaus Bettlagen und rosarotes Handtuch. Wer kauft sowas?
  No Go Area direkt hinter dem Block.
